Returns Policy

Returns by Mail

We gladly accept returns by mail. Merchandise is eligible for return within 30 days of delivery and must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags, packaging, and labels attached. Please note, we do not accept exchanges. To get the item you want, please return your item for a refund and place a new order for your desired item.

Instructions for Returns by Mail

  1. To return an item, enclose the packing slip with your purchase and clearly mark the reason for your return. Then, take the parcel to the post office and be sure to obtain proof of postage.
  2. Can’t find your packing slip? Include a note with your full name, order number, email address, and reason for the return.
  3. Securely package your item(s) using the original packaging if possible.
  4. Select a carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) that provides a tracking number and pay all shipping fees.
